Society for Creative Anachronism

SCA, medieval reenactment, medieval history

Since 1966 the Society for Creative Anachronism has been going strong as a Medieval reenactment society.  As it turns out, the organization is not known for strict historical authenticity, but they do have a lot of fun!

You can learn more about SCA through their website at SCA.org.  If you want to find a local chapter, you’ll have to find the “Kingdom” that your state falls into.  See “SCA.org/geography/findsca.html” for more information.
